Summary: I've been to Vietnam a few times and let me tell you, this is by far the best hotel we've stayed at. You're welcomed by friendly staff and you truly feel like royalty. This is my favorite hotel so far. Get the club lounge, it was worth it. The breakfast buffet was the best. We get the salted coffee every morning and night. It was that good. I would stay here a million times!

Summary: The view from the room and lounge was truly amazing, and the breakfast was so sophisticated, especially the Vietnamese dim sum, sambal, was so delicious that I would stay again just to have this breakfast. I also appreciate that they were able to accommodate the requests I had asked for in advance. At check-in, there may have been some misunderstanding due to my poor English, but the receptionist did not exchange my Japanese yen for dong, and I wasted a lot of time learning unfamiliar cash-out procedures in the middle of the night, which was disappointing, The next day, I avoided that receptionist and dared to ask another staff member to exchange money, and it turned out to be all right.
