Positive: Breathtakingly beautiful in and outside of the room . The surrounding landscape is simply beautiful coupled w/ simple treasures; shoppes , various dining options, and tasting rooms etc.

Positive: The suite - kitchen, the Jacuzzi tub and the extremely soft water. The suite truly surprised me and exceeded my expectations.

Negative: I enjoyed all parts of my stay except for getting my room late and the confusion around getting in my room. There were quite a few people in my shoes, but someone came and assisted me and got things straightened out, an African American young lady. She was very professional and resolved all immediately.

Positive: Room size. Balcony. Fireplace. Jetted tub.

Negative: Outdated TV with limited channels. Traveled with 2 kids and there was no kid channels. TV not able to stream unlike other hotels we’ve stayed at. We had a lot of luggage, called front desk 5 times for bell boy to come with rolling cart and help bring luggage to car. No one ever came. Took us 3 trips back and forth from car to room to get all of our things, which was very inconvenient. Other than that everything else was good.

Negative: Our fridge leaked and a repair man had to fix it. Plus the washer/dryer was not working. An error message popped up.

Summary: We would stay again, but those two issues were very disappointing.
