Positive: The view of Budva. Bonus points for the property was the Istok restaurant that was close

Negative: Cleaning standards are below expectations, it was obvious that a deep cleaning was not done in months (pictures added from between couch and wall and below the TV stand). There were spiders in the corners that were clearly feeling at home and were not disturbed in days/weeks. Also, there was a foul smell of sewers coming from the bathrooms. They have some internal “rule” that is not specified on booking listing to leave the house swept clean before check out, which makes me assume they don’t really clean after the previous guests. If you are in the tourists housing business, you have to accept that you need to do some proper cleaning. No mosquito net on the windows. One curtain per room that does not cover the whole window and light comes from the uncovered bit of window in the morning to disturb your sleep. Some extra towels would have been nice to have, as well as at least the cheapest shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper which is the basic minimum.

Positive: This is a very nice place to spend your vacation and enjoy the view from the terrace. Also very pleasant communication with a person who answers all questions and gives recommendations about Budva. Highly recommended!
