Positive: Easy to access by taxi boat, great to be on island. Close to the water, OK pools. Nice design of houses, big rooms, large windows, good Aircon and fans. Great starting point for boat trips to see whales and other islands.

Negative: Poor maintenance, lack the last touch to make it fantastic. Not nice to bathe/swim close to the house.

Positive: Very well equipped villa in a beautiful location. Diana is a very helpful hostess. The howler monkeys can be seen daily in the vicinity of the house. Furthermore, a nice swimming pool

Positive: The Villa is spacious and modern, it offers beautiful views of the forrest and a little of the Boca Chica bay. You get an amazing feel for Boca Bravo island and the Howler Monkeys are right next to the villa. It is very well equipped with all the kitchen utilities needed to cook for a large group.

Negative: Currently the property is under construction with additional villas being built. Once done it will be modern and awesome, but currently there are a lot of material, builders and some noise on the property. It’s not a problem but one should be made aware of this before arrival. Only 2 of the 3 rooms were prepared and they were not able to resolve this at 21:00, so I had to share a bed with a friend I haven’t seen for 14 years 🥴

Summary: Disappointed because I felt we paid for the entire Villa

Negative: Had a problem with wifi, broken router, but it will be fixed for new guests
