Villas Guilena ,comprising of the Main house ,Guest house and separate Apartment accommodating up to 10 persons, are located in the beautiful mountain valley of Melanes. Peaceful with only the sound of goat bells yet only 15 minutes drive from the stunning beaches of Agia Anna and Agios Prokopios and a short walk from a mini market and some inviting local tavernas.
The Main and Guest Villas each have a double and twin bedroom,and the Apartment has a large double which can be twin beds also.
They can be rented without the Apartment if this suits your group size better.
Enjoy our pool with its panoramic mountain views,bask in the uninterrupted sunshine and eat al fresco on our terraces. Quite a perfect setting!

Summary: The house is in a remote location in the beautiful village of Melanes. The layout is perfect for big groups who need space to relax in private and gather all together for drinks and dinners. Property manager very responsive and professional. We really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: This is an accurately described property in a good location, with a helpful and responsive host. A consistent breeze for most of the holiday compensated for the lack of aircon and the pool was clean and refreshing.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at Lesleys house. If you have a car it's a great spot to go around the island. The view is great and there is always a little (or hard) breeze. The pool is big enough and very clean. It's a fantastic place if you share it with two families or couples because of the seperate guesthouse and apartment. Communication with the host was always very kind, helpful and swift. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Summary: Characterful villa with great pool area as the centerpiece. Pool well maintained, cleaned multiple times during our stay. Pool is deep, great for adults and teens. Nicely separated sleeping areas to allow our group of 9 to spread out. True to photos, no surprises. Kitchens are adequate for minor meal prep. A bit more of a jaunt to the restaurants in Melanes than we were expecting (by American standards, for full disclosure!), so we drove to dinner. Host Lesley was very responsive and easy to work with. Enjoyed every part of our stay.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the Villas in early July. We were three families and each had its own space. Everything was clean and the interior is very comfortable and held in nice colors. The pool is big and it was great to always be able to have a quick swim, especially the kids loved it! Lesley is the most kind and helpful manager, every question was answered by her right away. Melanes close by is a sweet village with nice taverns so there is no need to drive just to have dinner. Beautiful beaches could be reached in no more than 15 minutes by car. We had a relaxing and enjoyable time and will surely come back!

Summary: Stunning hillside views from very good and peaceful villa. Has variety of outside spaces that enable you to chase the sun or shade as you relax. Close to traditional village with couple of fantastic tavernas, although shop is very basic. Naxos is a more unspoilt island with some great beaches. Lesley was an excellent property manager. Overall would highly recommend.

Summary: Our extended family spent a lovely week at this property near the charming village of Melanes. The main house and guest house were perfect for our group of 7. We enjoyed morning and evening swims in the fantastic pool and trekked to different beaches across the island during the day. The location was very convenient to Naxos town, which had all the amenities necessary. The views from the house were lovely and we loved the secluded and private location away from the resort areas. The tavernas in Melanes were fantastic and the nearby hiking trails to the springs and Kouros made for a great break from the beach. We absolutely loved our time in Naxos and the memories made on the island and in the house will be cherished always!

Summary: Thank you so much Lesley, you made our stay fantastic ! - house is perfect for a group of 10 people : the 3 different living areas assure calm and intimacy for everyone. In the mean time, the huge outdoor area around the pool enabled us to have dinner and to chill alltogether. To be noticed : there is no real spaces inside to have a 10 person dinner (absolutely not a problem in September as we could completely live outside :) ) - Lesley is flexible and very welcoming. She was of great help to find a nice car rental company (very good prices, cars, and people!). She was available in case of any trouble. Location of the house is perfect : - 15mn rides from first beaches. It is very easy to drive in Naxos : Roads are not crowded at all and it is easy to find places to park. We found it very cool not to be « too » close to the beaches as it allowed us to discover different beaches and coasts every day ! - Beautiful landscapes and super calm area.. not crowded at all with a lot of houses. It enables tranquility.. and few nice parties without annoying anyone :) ! - Starting point of some very nice hikes. - Very nice big pool.. ! - close to traditional villages and local tavernas. Very good point ! I highly recommend this location. Thanks again Lesley.
