Summary: I can't say enough about this property. I would say it compares to any Marriott or Hilton or Westin hotel you can find ine city or surrounding cities. The place is immaculate. The staff is helpful. They suggested plaeces to go, to eat, etc. They also helped us find a place to get our laundry done. We stored our bags there for a few hours after checkout so we could explore the city a bit more prior to our departure from the city. Did i say the place is immaculate? Yes, I did and I'll say it again. The halls, stairs, elevator, lobby, and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The property is 40 years old and has been updated a time or two, i'm sure. But, the rooms were spotless. The furniture was good and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was wildly received by my family. 5-6 types of fresh juices, numerous pastries, fresh fruit, waffles, eggs, sausage, breakfast (chicken) pie, cereal (hot and cold) and fresh fruit. they had a staff of 2-3 who prepared breakfast and kept things hot, fresh, and cleaned up afterwards. The manager/owner, i believe, was in the breakfast room during the morning and was welcoming, solicitous and gracious. She was always asking what they could do to help. The staff also had the ability to provide just enough information and communication without being overbearing and trying too hard to take care of us. I would book again at this location in a heart beat. .
