Positive: Staff were lovely and very helpful the bed was very comfortable and sheets and towels were spotless

Negative: The rooms do need updating a bit and the pool area also

Positive: The price & the location - sooo close to Lydiard Park & lovely walk to the park. Facilities surrounding the hotel & the ease of access to the pool.

Negative: The food could definitely be improved & the cleanliness falls short at times. But to be honest it IS clean.

Positive: First room i had was very dirty. Needed a redec chipped paint general neglect. Just glad i upgraded to a club room for further 2 nights. This was far superior.

Negative: First room run down and very dirty no aytention to detail where cleaning was concerned. Second room a club room much better.
