Negative: That the house keeping start knocking on all the doors at 8.50 (and not just once) when check out isn’t until 11 Surely there is a way to know who’s checked out early and leaving the guests alone who choose to stay until the formal noted check out time. Also the noise from the gym which started at 6am is not fun

Positive: All staff was lovely and polite and very helpful . Rahat the manager was very helpful and excellent at he job made sure everyth with the stay was 100 percent. We stayed at this hotel a few times and will be going back again also we have booked to spend are Xmas there as our 6 yr old loves it
