Positive: Isn’t it a good location? But the staff are really good there was a lift out of order and that my mother can’t do Stairs at all they let us use the lift for the House Keeping staff

Positive: Confusing when you first pull up. We payed for the car park because we read road signs saying we needed to. However we payed for a club room so could we have saved our money on parking? The signs need to be clearer for guests in our position.

Negative: The pool and the steam rooms were amazing. It was a shame the hot tub wasn't working during our stay. We chose this hotel for these facilities to relax for a few hours.

Negative: The evening bar is loud and after football watching and not the cleanest place for an evening meal. There should be a quieter area.

Positive: The bed was very comfortable, the shower was also very good
