Positive: Lovely and clean. Friendly helpful staff.

Negative: The bath. The bath is quite high, so stepping in to have a shower was a little precarious, stepping out was even worse. One false move could be quite serious.

Positive: We like the free parking, bed, air conditioning proximity to Ovo and pool.

Negative: Breakfast. In comparison to other hotels of similar price point (Radisson & Hilton) the Village was not in the same league. There was not enough staff, my husband could fund no one to ask for a poached egg. A toast machine was not working but on resulting in confusion. There was no cheese, ham or variety of fresh fruit (there was compote and bananas). The sausages were poor quality, like richmond level, and in general the range of food stuff was small.
