Summary: First of all staff,I was not given accurate information concerning breakfast and there was no option for people that do not eat pork, the receptionist at the check in was being dismissive to attend to our case. In the room there should be toilet brush for the WC unless you want guest to keep the toilet messy. There should be complimentary water, tooth brush and toothpaste in the room for guests.

Summary: Staff in reception were great very informative and helped us check in on the self check in machine. Room was clean and modern really great powerful shower. Used the pool sauna and steam room was all really good. Breakfast was lovely

Summary: The shower was a strange set up because the water went all over the place and into the carpet plus everytime you went to the sink or toilet after using the shower you ended up with wet feet time and time again. Very strange We also believe the extracter the shower didn’t work either. We came into the hotel at 10.20 and couldn’t get a drink from anywhere. Very disappointing

Summary: Room was good but disappointed with extras as no biscuits or bottled water, which I’d have expected at the price. Checking in was impersonal and hectic and disappointed that the hotel carried no spare toothpaste kits - I’d forgotten toothpaste - as most hotels in this price range would. Making money seemed a higher priority than customer care.

Summary: Breakfast is a disaster. Waited to get eggs, tea and toast now cold. Never mind pop some warm beans on that will warm it. Oh no beans!! Wait again at least they will be hot, when they arrive, freezing cold, never seen any heat. Maybe not bother with breakfast next time. It should never be that hard.
