Summary: We had a fantastic stay for 9 nights with a group of six in Fabio's and Lino's house. The house was absolutely perfect with everything we needed. It was quite atmospheric and provided an excellent basis for trips and excursions in the beautiful surroundings. Communication with Fabio was fast and clear. The welcoming was very nice and attentive. Absolutely highly recommended!

Summary: The pool and outside area were lovely and well maintained, the interior of the house is all in working condition however the kitchen area, bathrooms and sofas were a bit dated could do with a refresh. The location is beautiful with stunning views of the sea and hills and v close to a sandy beach Porto San Giorgio and Fermo which we enjoyed visiting. Thanks to Fabio who was a very helpful host.

Summary: Our second time in Le Marche we spent with close friends in this beautiful house. Large, clean, well equipped, nice salted pool with outside shower and a great garden. We also enjoyed the pool table a lot. Fabio and his wife and father welcomed us and made us really feel at home. Immediately arranged 2 extra fans for 2 bedrooms upon our request. So we had a wonderful week and will really consider to come back sometime!
