A spacious villa in a cul-de-sac, within easy walking distance of Alvor. Our villa is located in a small cul-de-sac, at the Brisamar Club resort which is approx 1km away of Alvor village. The villa has a great panorama to Alvor village, surrounding area and ocean. In Alvor village. with its narrow cobbled streets, you will find a good variety of bars and restaurants including a cluster down in the harbour side specialising in fresh fish. The town beach and many other beaches are within easy reach. The comfortable, well furnished living room with a fireplace, overlooks the pool, with access through the French doors onto a partly shaded balcony. There are steps down to the pool level. The living room has a dining room en-suite and access to the terrace. From the hall, well decorated with typical Portuguese tiles, you will have access to the kitchen and the bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are on the lower floor, one with en-suite bathroom and doors onto the terrace.
Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and doors onto the upper terrace.

Summary: The villa was ideal, loads of space for a party of 9 with great views. The previous reviews mentioned the steps which would definately be a challenge for the older generation, and possibly more lighting for the outside areas, but overall excellent.

Summary: We had a wonderful two weeks stay. The villa was perfect, very spacious for our 3 families and very well equipped. The pool was beautiful and the many seating areas provided lots of space. The walk to Alvor was quick and easy with lots of lovely restaurants and shops to explore. It was so nice to be able to let the teenagers explore alone! The area was quiet and felt very safe. Aart was on hand and very quick to help us out with one or two small issues. Would highly recommend, a fabulous villa and location. Thank you.

Summary: Excellent property, lots of space, we were 9 adults but could easily have been 12 and there would still have been plenty space.Have marked down a little for cleanliness, the pool (particularly tiling) could definitely have done with a good scrub.Very well equipped, it’s obviously not a new building but everything was in working order (bar a few minor snags communicated directly to the host which absolutely would not have changed our decision to stay here).Location up the hill, but means you can see the sea, and is more peaceful. Alvor an easy enough 20min walk in, 30 to the beach (or 5 in the car).Would recommend and would stay again.

Summary: Our party was 7 - myself, my daughters and their families, including 2 children. The villa is beautiful, and has a glorious setting, with panoramic views! It is a little shabbier than the pictures, but still lovely, with pretty bedrooms and loads of living space.Outside, the pool area is fabulous, but be warned, there are a lot of steps! Definitely not for toddlers, but our girls loved it, and barely left the pool! The location was perfect for us - Alvor with a huge choice of restaurants, and a great supermarket in easy reach.The barbecue was disappointing, but the eating area beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped.All in all, we had a wonderful time, and made many happy memories.
