Summary: My family love Villa Guzel, it's the perfect location for us, on the edge of town so it's quiet at night but close enough to walk into town or to the sea front, just 10 mins. Julian is on hand for any queries you have and is so friendly. Hopefully we will be able to come back for a forth stay soon.

Summary: The house has a private swimming pool that is good for adults and kids. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The house has enough space for a family with 4 children. The sea and a grocery store are within walking distance.

Summary: Overall the villa is very nice, with a very good pool which is at least 2m deep over two thirds of the pool, not sure it's great for small children, great for adults. Villa is well equipped and of a good size. Only downside of location is having to cross a busy road to get to the beach/ restaurants, approx 10 minute walk. Likewise nearest good supermarket is 10 min walk.

Summary: Very nice villa, well managed by Julian who is friendly and responsive sorting any little issues that may arise. Lovely pool. Home from home, this is our second stay at this villa. Quiet location, neighbours are respectful. Terrace is nice and cool with a pleasant breeze. Great size villa, only small down side is no downstairs air con and a little tired in places. However would happily stay again. 10 minutes walk to Calis front/shops. Has parking if you hits a car.

Summary: We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Julian arranged our transfers and a welcome pack for our arrival. Transfer was excellent. We arrived early hours of the morning so didn’t meet Julian until the next morning. He explained everything to us including where shops were etc. The Villa itself is beautiful with 4 bedrooms 3 Showers and 4 toilets so no queues for the bathroom in the morning. The Villa has everything you need from dvds, games and pool toys. Having our own pool was a godsend as the temperature was very hot whilst we were there. There is air conditioning in every bedroom which was a relief too. We mainly sat outside on the covered patio area which was also lovely. Calis Beach promenade is about a 10 minute walk as is the migros for shopping. There were also 2 pushbikes that we used to get to the shops occasionally which was good. Julian the host was always available too. The only thing that was a problem and this is nothing to do with the Villa or host is that the Taxi buttons that are located in the streets around the Villa don’t seem to work. So you have to walk to Calis beach (or flag a taxi down if you see one) to get a Taxi. This may be a problem for the less mobile. You can call a number which is by the Taxi button but I never have any call data whilst in turkey only a Wi-Fi box. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Villa to anyone and we will hopefully return at some point. Thanks Julian for all your help including the loan of your mobile number.

Summary: The villa was very clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. The property manager was so helpful, organised transfers and a welcome pack as we arrived late at night. He kindly went through everything thoroughly and there was also a handy pack in the villa with relevant information. I would totally recommend this villa and company and we hope to be back soon.

Summary: From the moment we booked this villa everything went very well. Communicating with Julian was easy and he always responded very quickly. He organised transfers, a welcome pack and was there to meet us on arrival and gave us lots of information. The villa was lovely with plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. We made good use of the outdoor space and lovely pool area. It was a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to a number of supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Overall an excellent holiday and we would definitely return to this villa.

Summary: We stayed for 3 weeks at this villa and it was nice and relaxing. Even though the villa is close to the main strip and beach it was in a peaceful location and only 5 to 10 minutes walk to everything. Villa was nice and clean, with plenty of room. Julian was available if and when needed and any problems were sorted immediately. Had a lovely time at this villa and would recommend to others.
