Situated 20 minutes from Murcia (San Javier) Airport and 45 minutes from Alicante Airport, - 3km from the lovely resort of Los Alcazares, with its numerous shops and restaurants, the villa offers a tranquil family retreat or an ideal base to discover the area by car.

Summary: Colin was very easy to work with and quick to respond. Inma, who checked us in could not have been more helpful. The internet was not on (hence the 4 stars for on line listing) but she made a call and got it turned on in minutes - on a Sunday afternoon! The house is very spacious with lots of outdoor sitting areas, all with beautiful views, but there could have been more chairs/tables/umbrellas. The property could do with some TLC but for the price it is very good value.

Summary: Excellent property and perfect for an ‘away from it all’ holiday in a true Spanish setting. Property was great with lots of terrace areas to eat, grab some shade or appreciate the stunning Mar Menor views (roof terrace was fantastic). Swimming pool was fully utilised throughout by us all, but kids particularly enjoyed it. All living areas were great, the kitchen had all necessary items, the fans in the bedrooms just about made the temperature ok to sleep. The beach is no more than a 5 minute walk away. The bus to Cartagena picks up just down the street and takes 25 mins - a great day out. Los Alcázares is 7 mins in the car and the old town is worth a visit, especially the Tuesday market. A short car ride away is La Manga or the mud baths of Lo Pagan. A great holiday and the house was perfect to enjoy this part of Spain. We would love to return to this area again.

Summary: Was a lovely villa, much bigger than expected located in a nice friendly neighbourhood with a few nice bars and restaurants just a short walk away. It was perfect for us, very private and the villa was just lovely! From start to finish we was always in the know with the owner and that made our trip stress free and relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: You will not regret choosing this property , it is clean , fairly modern with good outside space and a decent sized pool . It is within a very spanish village which is on the quiet side so teenagers may not have much to do. There is 1 restaurant , a traditional bar (very good value) and a few small grocery stores. You need a car as the buses were infrequent but it is a good place to explore the area such as La Manga as close (5 min drive) to the motorway. The only minor point was the lack of wifi - the kids missed this but also I did as well for looking at things to do , where to go etc. The house would have had 5 stars if it had wifi. I was very impressed with the house as I was worried that as it was good value for the week that this would be reflected in the property. Thankfully I was worrying about nothing and we had a lovely week in the sun . I would recommend this house to anyone who is able to get up stairs/steps.

Summary: Very attractive, excellent views from all windows. Villa was very clean and well appointed the swimming pool was beautiful and certainly well used during our stay. I would certainly recommend the property and will hopeful be returning next year - many thanks.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at your villa very much. The pool was very welcome and well serviced. The villa was clean and welcoming within walking distance of the sea. The town is only a short drive away and there is a very good restaurant just behind the villa with plenty more in Los Alcazares along with several supermarkets.
