The Villa is independent and the swimming pool is completely secure for children.
The car is parked in a private and free space.
In summer the barbecue and the balls are part of the decor but in winter it is rather the chimney fire.
The terrace is large and a table and chairs allow you to eat outside, in the morning and in the evening.
The villa is not overlooked and the tranquility and privacy of the guests is guaranteed.
Inside There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor with 2 large beds, one with a TV.
On the ground floor there is a large living room which overlooks the garden: in this room there is the kitchen area and the lounge area for dining or watching TV
The toilets are independent of the large and well-lit bathroom.

Summary: We had a fantastic time. This was a fantastic base for both Nice and Monaco, and also visiting the alps. Jacques is lovely, friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The pool was an added bonus. We stayed with our two small children and they thought it was a home from home.

Summary: I booked this house due to the fact it was under an hour from the airport but far away enough from the "hustle and bustle". its nestled on a hill which feels like you are miles away from anywhere and compared to where we live in a busy town it was so lovely and quiet. We were met by Jacques and his wife - who were for the whole time on hand and incredibly friendly and helpful i loved the house for its authenticity and it was so clean too. Unfortunately for us we had really bad weather so we were not able to use the lovely deck and pool. This place is ideal in the sun for a quiet get away from it all. There is good wifi as well which was savior for the children not being able to get out Very close to an intermarche and other shops Thoroughly recommend it. Thank you

Summary: You definitely need a car ,visit new places in the morning back for a cool in the pool in the afternoon then out on the evening to visit the towns on the coast from Monaco to Cannes via Nice.
