165 m² villa entirely renovated in 2021, located in the Pont Royal estate and golf course in the commune of Mallemort. The villa comprises 4 bedrooms, including 1 master suite on the ground floor with bathroom (bath and shower), toilet and dressing room. Upstairs is a second master suite with its own shower room, 2 other bedrooms and a bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. On the ground floor, there's a large living room with designer fireplace, a dining room opening onto a large modern kitchen equipped with American fridge, 2 ovens, hob, dishwasher, washing machine-dryer, Nespresso coffee machine. Numerous windows open onto a large 45 m² covered terrace where you can enjoy a pleasant stay, as well as onto the swimming pool. There's a large dining table, poolside garden furniture and table soccer. The 8 x 4 m pool is heated. All in a lush, private setting. The garden and pool are maintained weekly. The minimum stay is 7 days, from Sunday 4pm to Sunday 10am. Beds are made up on arrival and towels are provided. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

Summary: A very nice house in the middle of a golf resort. We felt very comfortable with our whole family. There is space for 6 people. Air conditioning in every room is especially important in hot summer. The house is in a quit area and perfect for fantastic vacation.
