Beautiful 8-person timber-framed villa in the heart of the pines.
Air-conditioned single-storey house of 170m2 on a wooded plot of over 3000m2!
"La Pignada" will delight you with its pine and fir trees and undergrowth.
You can enjoy its large private heated swimming pool (10mx5m), and its 8 deckchairs. Heated pool from 01/06 to 30/09.
Covered terrace adjoining the house with table, garden furniture and Weber charcoal barbecue.
Secure, enclosed grounds.
Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom/shower, a large double wardrobe, individual air conditioning and access to the garden and swimming pool.
4 bedrooms with double beds (3 bedrooms with 1.60 m beds and one with a 1.40 m bed).
Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle.
Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board and steam iron, large American fridge/freezer with ice dispenser. You'll also find a range of electrical appliances: wood-fired plancha/brasero, raclette machine, crêpe maker, fondue set, etc and an exercise bike.
Large open-plan living area with dining table seating 10 and corner sofa.
There's a large flat-screen TV, a PS4, a library and around forty board games for all ages!
Several parking spaces are available.
For your outdoor activities, there is a Cornilleau tennis table and an 8m/4m petanque court (petanque and table tennis equipment available).
In the pool area: buoys and masks available.
Ramp for disabled access to the entrance of the house.

Summary: The house is fully equipped with all amenities and ample spaces. The outside spaces such as pergola, varanda, gardens and swimming pool as well as its cool decoration and living room furniture were very pleasant. The kitchen is very ample and clear. Despite we were only one couple we had to experiment several showers to find out that the most suitable for us was not in our bedroom. The bed linens were very good it on a minor note the towels could have been a little softer. Sandrine and Jean-Christophe were always available to assist us with any needs always displaying extremely sympathy. Patricia & Silvio

Summary: We were impressed from the moment we walked through the door and our hosts were lovely and took us through all the important points. The whole family loved the villa and it had everything we needed. The pool and gardens were a big hit and it is true to say that we didn't want to leave. You are within walking distance of amenities, with the routes taking us through the forest. We highly recommend a stay in this wonderful villa. Thank you.

Summary: We had a wonderful week stay in Gradignan. The house was exactly as advertised. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden, so peaceful, and covered terrace. Sandrine and Jean Christophe were lovely hosts and quickly responded to all our questions.

Summary: It was a real pleasure to stay in this house. The area is very relaxing but there is a lot to do in the region. A good supermarket at 6 minutes drive and a small village center can be reached by bike. The garden is beautiful and private with a nice swimming pool. We also discovered the region: it has the rivers, the lakes and the coast.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay here as part of a family group. The villa was in the perfect location for us, in a quiet area but still walkable to the centre of town. The nearby nature trail in the forest was an ideal place to walk with the children. The villa itself was beautiful and the garden and pool area was very peaceful and private. We would highly recommend it.

Summary: The property was excellent for our break this year, the weather was wonderful wnd with the facilities on offer from the pool, petanque, table tennis and barbeque we had a wonderful time. The walk in to town was around 20 minutes and there were a number of supermarkets and restaurants to chose from.

Summary: This home was as described in the listing with everything an American family traveling to France would need. We were a family of four with two boys 8 and 10 years old, who played soccer in the yard, went swimming in the nice pool, and played with the various lawn games available at the property including an outdoor ping pong table. We chose to rent a car so we could travel through the town and to surrounding Chateau's which was perfect. The home had everything you might need. You could fit two families here comfortably. A wonderful week and the owners (who we met at arrival and again at departure) are exceedingly kind and hospitable. We would love to come back!
