Summary: We were 8 moms and 8 girls in town for a club soccer tournament. The house was the perfect fit. Everything we needed was there. It’s a lovely property and was conveniently located for us between Franklin and Brentwood soccer games. A few negatives… the carpet in the guest house is in desperate need of cleaning or even replacement. One of the rooms on the lower level of the main house has something going on with the electrical. The ceiling lights and lamps flicker continuously. We ended up unplugging the tv in the room and that seemed to help. There is major construction on the road and barrier cones were blocking the way over to the driveway. We had to cut through cones to get the driveway. We should have been made aware of this as a few of us had trouble figuring all of that out. It was hard to find. Overall, we had a great time and it was nice to have everyone together there. ❤️

Summary: Our stay was wonderful!! My city family enjoyed the suburban country experience. The home is nice, the pool house is dated and one of the bedrooms tv didn’t work. The main house master bedroom jacuzzi didn’t work and a couple of screens were left off the windows. The house was very spacious, the pool needs a rope to separate the shallow and deep end which is not numbered. The patio is awesome the tv didn’t work due to previous guest taking the Roku. The host explained that we need to placed a deposit down on a Roku due to other guest actions!! I did not like that..we purchased a Roku from Walmart. The land was simply beautifully we enjoyed watching the horses graze early in the morning. The host Lisa was great with communication but after check out she contacted me repeatedly; inquiring and assuming damaged and missing items before she did her due diligence!! Only to find and resolve them after upsetting my day!! There wasn’t an apology for any of her assumptions . I will not vacation here again!! Thank you Lisa!!

Summary: Our stay was for our family Christmas. We had a wonderful time! Plenty of room for sleeping! Also lots of room for dining. It would have been nice if there were a few extra places to sit in the main living room. All in all, everything was great!!

Summary: Had a perfect location for our needs, with plenty of room for all 16 of us. There were a few glitches due to the stay before ours, but the house was exactly what we needed! It is dated in some aspects, but overall amenities were very accommodating. Communication with host was fantastic!

Summary: We loved our stay here! The house is perfect for a large gathering, and the pool house is the icing on the cake. We had our older kids stay in the pool house while the adults slept in the main house. The dining room table seats 10 and the kitchen table seats 4 so we had plenty of space. The fridge, freezer, and pantry are huge and there are plenty of dishes for everyone. My only complaint (if it can be called that) is the lack of serving dishes and pitchers, but we easily made do. Everyone loved the pool, and the distance from Nashville wasn’t bad. Overall, I highly recommend staying here—it’s a fantastic and beautiful home.

Summary: This property was just the right size for our family. We wanted to be able to spend time with each other, and have enough rooms that everyone had their own space. The owner was quick and responsive with the questions that I had. If you're interested in heading into Nashville, it's just a short 25 minute drive. Downtown Franklin is only about 10 minutes down the road, and there is also a winery less than 5 minutes away. It was literally the perfect location for our extended family.
