Positive: The hosts were very welcoming, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The Villa has amazing views, everything you need and very homely it was super clean. I would love to return.

Negative: Although only a ten/fifteen minute walk to town it’s is on a hill. But it’s a very beautiful walk! A car would be essential for anyone with walking difficulties.

Positive: This property is truly exceptional. It is by far the best villa I have ever rented. Kioni is the highlight of Ithaca & it’s walking distance with some beautiful runs nearby as well. It is spacious, clean, well appointed with comfortable beds and spectacular views. Panagiota was an amazing host; well organised, polite and friendly. We had the most fantastic week exploring the island and we hope to be back.

Positive: Wonderful hosts and a very lovely house, just a 20 minute walk into the idyllic village of Kioni. The AC in the bedrooms works amazingly well and the jacuzzi baths are a great feature. Washing machine is great and in summer months the clean laundry dries in just a few minutes!

Negative: We visited in early July, 2024 and because of the orientation of the house (facing the sun all day) the kitchen / dining / lounge area of the house is almost impossible to use as it is VERY hot. If the hosts would either (1) add an air conditioning unit to that space and / or (2) add screens to the windows and doors (so they could be opened without bugs / etc. coming in), then maybe that part of the house would be more useable for guests. As it is now, we could barely go in those rooms during daylight hours as they were so extremely hot. Luckily the bedroom AC units work great! Lastly, one more suggestion: it would be nice if the TVs were swapped for smart TVs so that families could use Netflix, etc after long days in the sun!

Panayiota and her family were very responsive and accommodating. Linen changed and house cleaned every 3 days. Extra towels in drawers. Washing machine and clothes horses with pegs were a nice value add.

Negative: lack of screens on the windows meant it was hard to leave the windows open to catch the cool breezes in the evening
