Summary: Pros: In de voorgaande beoordelingen is al veel positief geschreven en bij alle positieve punten sluit ik me aan. Er waren geen verassingen en een auto is een must wil je er op uit. Wij waren hier met zijn vieren en hebben heerlijk genoten.

Summary: Pros: 15 minutes off the motorway from Alicante or Valencia, you find this fantastic villa situated over a hill-top in the small holiday urbanisation, Cumbre del Sol. With a marvellous 180 degrees view over-looking the Mediterranean Sea from the pool, balcony and frontgarden terrace, this is the place to be if you want sheer relaxation and peace! Car is a must-have, but with a maximum half hour drive, you can enjoy the beaches or pleasant restaurants in Denia, Javea/Xabia, Moraira, Altea or Calp/Calpe. You can also visit the local beach down-hill which is reachable by car within 5-10 minutes - for the ones wanting a good walk in the sun, this is a very steep down-hill experience, but definitely doable if you are fit. This house is absolutely good value for money if you want a peaceful holiday outside some of the nasty tourist cities like Benidorm. We had a fantastic stay, and can only recommend the house!!!

Summary: Pros: Voor de maand oktober ligt het huis ongunstig in situaties van regen en mist. Het is op de locatie van de woning aanzienlijk kouder dan in lager gelegen plekken in de omgeving. Voor de zomermaanden is de locatie wel een voordeel. Verder constateerden wij een aanzienlijke lekkage in 1 van de badkamers bij een hevige regenbui. Dit deed afbreuk aan het comfort. Voor de rest een prima woning.

Summary: Pros: Een mooie villa gesitueerd tegen een berghelling . Bij helder weer konden wij ook inderdaad Ibiza zien liggen. De villa is voorzien van alle comfort en ook gezellig ingericht : kortom,het geeft een echt gevoel van thuis zijn ! Ook aan de tuin wordt blijkbaar zorg besteed . Wij hebben genoten ! Een aanrader !

Summary: Pros: Prachtig ligging van de villa. Geweldig uitzicht. Nadeel je kunt moeilijk wat wandelen omdat er grote hoogteverschillen zijn. Wij hadden 2 weken een auto gehuurd. Dat is absoluut noodzakelijk. Verder is het uitstekend bevallen in deze zeer goed ingerichte villa. (TV met alle nederlandse zenders en wifi )

Summary: Pros: Villa très confortable et bien équipée. Situation idéale et vue magnifique sur la mer, les environs et Ibiza. A fin octobre, la piscine était trop froide. Mais la température de la mer était très agréable.

Summary: Pros: Mooi huis, mooie plek.... Het huis is een beetje kaal aangekleed. Zou sfeervoller kunnen. Tenminste dan zou het me helemaal aanspreken. Verder prima in orde en volgens afspraak.

Summary: Pros: Villa is mooi gebouwd tegen een berghelling. Staat echter altijd wind. Hier zijn bij het zwembad geen voorzieningen getroffen tegen de wind. Op het terras achter is geen enkele zonwering en dus snel te heet. Voorste terras is mooi en groot echter hier ontbreekt het ook aan een goede zonwering. Keuken is zwaar over de datum en ruikt muf. Bedden zijn goed.

Summary: Pros: Me, my whife, our two boys and our daughter with her boyfriend and their 2 year old baby spent 10 days at the house. The house was fantastic and lived up to all of our expectations. Very well equipped house with great facilities. Great garden furniture and sun loungers. Access to the sun all day, divided into front and back of the house. Nice plants and a cosy enviroment in front of the house. Very nice pool and a magical view of the ocean. Must have car, as it is a short (but too far) distance to the beach, but if you have a car, the house is a great starting point for most locations. Several beaches within short drive. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Shop just down the street for the most necessary things is a plus. We were there at the beginning of July, that was hot. A great little sea breeze ensured that it was not too hot. Magical. Very friendly owners and contactpersons in Spain. House was very clean when ve arrived. One thing is for certain, this house we will visit again (if they will have us :-) Thanks for a great holiday.
