Positive: Self catering property but the hosts were really good and already had provided some essentials. There's a main supermarket in Monopoli to get anything you want not too far away, we were lucky to have a car with us for getting around but there's a few restaurants a nice, short coastal walk away too! We were really lucky with the time we booked, we had the property to ourselves and were able to make use of the pool and the grounds to ourselves so we were really lucky that way. The hosts were fantastic too, really friendly and went out of their way to provide golf clubs for us to have our own golf tournament on one of the days. We were able to speak to them about restaurant recommendations too which we picked from a really extensive list we were helped with on our way, with some local restaurants being particularly nice. If we were in the area again, even though we've stayed before and there's lots to be explore, we'd strongly consider staying here again! There's lots to do and we found Monopoli a really good base to travel in and around Puglia when we wanted to explore.

Negative: The weather didn't quite play ball with a few colder days, but honestly, that's not an issue at all. The house had plenty of space and lots of entertainment around the place if the weather isn't great.

Positive: Beautiful room, so quiet away from all the hustle. Beautiful breakfast brought to your room each morning, lovely afternoon tea provided. The bed was so comfy and the room facilities were beautiful and clean. Amazing restaurants all in walking distance, would highly recommend the French restaurant up the road ‘Cafe de artisan’.

Negative: Wouldn’t suit anyone with mobility issues or anyone who struggles with hills or stairs.
