Positive: The location is close enough to all the sights while away from traffic, this makes it both easy to reach and quiet. The place itself is marvellous, large, spotless clean, comfortable, and with everything you need. Having a pool and sun bed area makes it extra cozy. The owners are amazing, attentive, kind, generous people, who endured everything was great during our stay.

Positive: The villa's outdoor areas are very pleasant, and the house itself is spacious, offering plenty of room for relaxation. The location is excellent, as the villa is within a reasonable distance from Pompeii, Vesuvius, and the Sorrento area. This makes it a great base for exploring the region's attractions, and I would recommend staying here for a few days to fully enjoy visiting these sites. Our host, Giovanni, was very friendly and welcomed us warmly. Although we don't speak Italian, Giovanni was kind enough to communicate with us using a translation app, which made the process smooth and easy.

Negative: However, one significant issue during our stay was a serious ant problem throughout the house. This was quite disruptive and affected our overall comfort. Addressing this issue would greatly improve the experience for future guests. Additionally, the absence of a dishwasher might be something to consider, especially for longer stays. Regarding the bathrooms, there were a couple of small details that could enhance the comfort: - Adding towel hooks - Including a toilet paper holder These are minor suggestions that could help make the stay even more comfortable. One thing to note is that the pool area is visible to neighbors, and there was outdoor surveillance that we were not informed about beforehand. While this didn’t greatly affect our stay, a bit more privacy would have been appreciated.

Positive: Giovanni was there upon arrival and gave us a great introduction to the villa. The house is really big and our kids each had their separate room. The location was great because we were at the foot of the Vesuv and within 30 minutes drive from all the main attractions: Vesuv, Pompei, Ercolaneum, Naples, Amalfi Coast! My son discovered that Napoli was playing Lazio on the weekend and Giovanni made magic to get us the tickets. This made the trip unforgettable for us. Also one evening he brought us Pizza. Thank you!!

Negative: A few amenities are missing, which I am sure would be easy to add: a toaster, a sieve, toilet paper holders and towel hangers in the bathroom. This is just little stuff, and would make it a 10/10 location.

Positive: We really appreciated the fully stocked fridge and kitchen after our long trip. The house is beautiful and spacious and perfect for us for our weekend. I love the tile floors throughout, we brought our dogs along and I'm always worrying about toenails on wood floors but no issue here. The yard was amazing and coffee outside in the morning was spectacular. We felt totally safe in the gated property in a quiet corner of town. 12 minutes drive to Pompeii Ruins, 5 from a winery and 30 from Vesuvius parking to hike the crater. The location really is ideal!

Negative: It was perfect.

Summary: Our family had a wonderful long weekend here and will definitely be back when we come to town again.
