Positive: 2 story apartment in an older building that was recently renovated. Very clean, comfortable bed, air conditioner, glasses for all types of drinks. Host provides recommendations on places to eat, though there are quite a few in 5 minute walk distance.

Negative: Maybe a bit more toiletries would be helpful It takes time for the top level (where the bed is) to cool down. Not much you can do about physics. Just give it more time time.
