Positive: The guest house is located in a quiet area. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is a grocery store near the guest house.

Negative: The stairs to the second floor are dramatic. We are traveling with two seniors and a small dog. Seniors were forced to sleep on the first floor on a pull-out couch because they were afraid to move up the stairs. In order to prevent the dog from falling from the second floor, we had to fence off the staircase area, using what we found in the room. The box for dirty laundry was not cleaned in the bathroom. It contained dirty laundry and used toilet paper. The floor on the second floor is very creaky, which disturbs sleep.

Positive: Nice and comfortable holiday home in small town. Great wood fire sauna. Clean and cosy.

Negative: Everything was fine, but some complimentary basics as instant coffee or few tea bags would be nice and not too expensive to provide.

Positive: Villa Verde is beautiful place and there is everything you might need for your vacation

Positive: The place looks like a little fairy tale. Very nice interior and necessary equipment. Seperate grillhouse. Location is quiet, local store is rather close. We visited for Saaremaa Rally and for that occasion it is more that perfect.

Negative: Nothing in particular we did not like.
