Summary: Property is beautiful!

Summary: This property is beautiful, but there are a few issues. It has a full kitchen, but no kitchen knives. When we requested some, the manager promised some, but did not deliver any. Also, this property has a large bed capacity, but provided only one gate entry fob. Outdoor cats were friendly, but information should be provided.

Summary: The big plus first: the agency was super nice, easy to contact and very caring!! The house itself suffered from several energy blackouts and hot water problems which we fixed ourselves. Also there was no WIFI. The wood we paid and got for the stove was wet and not easy to start the fire with. The rooms are nice, yet one bathroom wasn't cleaned upon arrival. There is a pizza stove, the kitchen is the preferable hang out place in the house, and the masters bedroom is really nice, the others are alright. The house is around 20-30 Minutes from Sperlonga by car, so further in the hinterland, than suggested. Yet, a nice place. So overall a goodish stay for big groups.

Summary: Nothing bad to say about the accommodation. The agents that showed us around were extremely friendly. No issues at all with the booking....extremely pleasant experience. The accommodation is nearer Itri than Sperlonga. The coastal resort of sperlonga is around 15 minutes away via car. Itri has a few small cafes and supermarkets and is itself charming. Highly recommend this accommodation. We were bothered by mosquitos. Luckily the children weren't bitten once....so take some repellant and creams....I think it is due to the location being in the hillsides. Very private but there are neighbouring villas should you ever need a neighbour!
