Summary: The home was perfect for our family. We vacation in the area every year. This was the first year that we brought our grandkids along. The home was very clean and well maintained. We selected this property specifically for the pool. It did not disappoint. It was a blessing as it allowed grandpa as grandma to take a break from entertaining three grandchildren…lol. It was a short drive to our favorite spots for kayaking, beach sunsets and scalloping. The owners have taken the time to stock the house with all the conveniences of home. The property management team was a dream to work with. Very responsive and always polite. Check in and departure process was super simple. I would highly recommend.

Summary: Clean property, ample dish cloths! Plenty of towels too. House is a bit older. I would suggest a few larger plastic container for food storage and a Keurig. We didn’t get to use pool because of weather but it appeared lovely and was clean. Property was quiet!

Summary: House was extremely well stocked! It had absolutely everything you needed, especially towels! We had more than enough for our family, for a week. The beds were really comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need. We never used the pool due to unfortunate cold snap in the weather :( however, it would have been used every day if we could. It's small. We had a minor issue and maintenance came out right away and fixed it. The only thing we didn't like was the acoustics. It is an open floor plan, with all tile floors, which made it very loud in the house all the time - add in the TV, at times, it was unbearable. Just the way the house is designed. Overall, it was a fantastic week. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Summary: We loved the pool area the best! I loved that the house was exactly as described on VRBO site (or better). It was really clean and well stocked! Kitchen was great! We will rent from this owner again. We are already looking to book again in a few months!

Summary: We chose to stay her because it was close to crystal river and Brooksville. The house is cute. There are 3 bedroom; 2 twins, 1 queen and 1 king (listing does not list the king). The bedrooms stay dark at night. The back of the house is open to a beautiful pool and open field. The pool was clean and relaxing. The pool guy came by a couple times but you'd never notice he was there. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for family dinners. There was plenty of counter and cupboard space. The ice maker made ice really fast. We definitely stay here again!

Summary: Overall everything went well. We experienced a hiccup with the pool whereby we only used it a couple of days but the issue was resolved and a partial refund was received. Very understanding and responsive personnel.
