Positive: The property is immaculate, spacious and well cared for. All the rooms are bright and airy and the air conditioning works well. The outdoor area is also well maintained with lovely BBQ and seating. The villa being close to the beach, shops and restaurants is also a bonus! George communicated well before and during our holiday. It was good to meet him in person too 🙂

Negative: The narrow, one way, bumpy roads around the property can be difficult to navigate by car, but no problem if you walk.

Positive: Staying at Villa Tsios was an incredible experience from start to finish. Everything about our stay was amazing. The surroundings were amazing, the neighbourhood was peaceful. The community was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The villa itself was perfect, equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need, and even the little details were thoughtfully provided. Not one thing was missing, ensuring our stay was comfortable and convenient. George and his family were the epitome of kindness and generosity. They were super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic time. Their hospitality truly made our stay special. We left Villa Tsios feeling so happy and content. I don't have a single bad thing to say or complain about. I wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a wonderful family getaway. We will definitely be returning to Villa Tsios in the future!

Positive: The property is simply great for a family of 5 (or more) as it is spacious, comfy and well equipped. Downstairs there is a stylish living room with comfortable sofas, a kitchen equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils and appliances (tea, coffee, spices, sugar, olive oil are provided as well), a master bedroom with a large wardrobe and a comfy bed, and a bathroom with a bath and a washing machine. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds) with large wardrobes and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is clean and the space is effectively planned. There are 2 large terraces (the living room and the master bedroom share the terrace downstairs and the 2 bedrooms upstairs share a common terrace as well), which provides you with some additional space for relaxation. The barbecue area combined with a garden undeniably consitute a great advantage of the place. Located in a quiet area, within walking distance to a really nice sandy beach (lagoon shore: shallow water for around 60-80 meters, perfect for children) the apartment constitues a great base for excursions and trips to the nearby places and attractions such as Attica Zoological Park, Aquapolis Athens, Spata, Marathon, Corinth or Athens. We recommend renting a car at the airport to have the comfort of getting there easily. The best option to get to Athens is to drive your car to Spata, leave your car at the train/underground station (Paiania-Kantza) and take the underground to Syntagma or Monastiraki stations. George, the host is really helpful and friendly. He welcomed us in person at the apartment and explained all the necessary details. He could be contacted at any time in case of any questions or doubts. We fully recommend the place. 👍😊

Positive: Very nice modern house with practicaly all apliances you may need while staying there. Fully-equipped kitchen, spacious balconies on each of the two floors. The villa has four bedrooms and two toilets. Wi-fi is in every zone. The house is built and decorated with love so it was a real pleasure living there. In front of the house there is a cosy beautiful garden with barbeque zone and a lawn where our children loved to play badminton (btw, one shuttlecock stuck in pomegranate tree but we couldn't get it;) The sea is at 7-10 minutes walking distance. The nearest supermarket is even closer. Generally the house is some hundreds meters away from the main roads, but at the same time all the busiest places (beach, tavernas, bars, shops) are nearby. So you always feel a sense of tranquility when you stay in the villa. As far as the beach is concerned it is perfect for children cause it is sandy and shallow. The owner - George is very responsive and always helpful. Did all his best to accommodate us. We are really glad to be his first guests in the villa. His parents are also very lovely persons. What a pleasant surprise it was for us when they came one day and brought some treat and presents for the children! To sum up we spent wonderful time in Villa Tsios and definitely would love to come back some time!
