Positive: Lovely spacious villa, quite private and nicely out of the way. Staff very helpful and friendly, good value for money and good for more than 2 people although we were just the 2 of us.

Negative: Pool was a little bit dirty, location isnt great although the views are nice it isnt walkable to a shop and only one bar close that wasnt open every day, but the hills are really pretty

Positive: The property was beautiful and more than we expected- all rooms were decorated to a high standard and cleaned regularly by a maid who visited. The kitchen was so well stocked- there was even an air fryer! The pool was beautiful and cleaned regularly too. Also, Khun Patty, who looks after the villa was always quick to answer texts and give us suggestions.

Negative: Nothing. Although, you do need transport as it is up in the hills but in such a central part of the island. 10 minutes only to anywhere.

Summary: Beautiful, relaxing stay in an immaculate pool villa.

Positive: Beautiful villa on top of the hill in Bo Phut. You feel isolated, inside there is a garden and amazing pool. Overall was great stay, thank you to Patrick for answering and helping with all the inquiries

Negative: The only odd thing for us was the cleaning procedure. The lady would come different time every morning, you wake up and find her right outside of your bedroom beside the glass brooming the floor… then she would sit and wait for you to leave the bedroom so she will slightly clean it. After that she will be half day in the laundry room which is still inside the villa, so you don’t feel completely private.

Positive: There is no breakfast but we just cook ourself. Location is good... not too far from all the main tourist attraction. The place near by supermarket about 5 minutes driving. The owner was very friendly and helpful. It was my 4th time staying at this Villa. Its very quite place at night. Relaxing and Healing.

Negative: So far all was good.. nothing that i am not ok with the Villa.. It was just perfect for me and my family. Compare to my previous stay this time i see a lot more houses around the area... but still peaceful.

Summary: Awesome Villa in Samui.
