Summary: Für Paare ohne Hund ist diese Kellerwohnung besser geeignet. Terrasse ist nicht wirklich dabei.

Summary: Ich war allein mit Hund in der Wohnung. Mein Hund hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt, keine 5min und er hat sich abgelegt. Die Wohnung war sauber, schien noch relativ ungenutzt zu sein. Das Bad war sauber und neu. Leider war die Ausstattung etwas mau. Küchenutensilien oder Hilfsmittel hätten mehr bzw besser ausgewählt sein können. Es gab kein ordentliches allzweckmesser fürs Gemüse, nur eine große Tasse, keine Teekanne. Die Wohnung ist ohne Backofen und ohne Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Hat aber Internet. WLAN Code erhält man beim Einchecken. Der eigene Parkplatz ist natürlich auch sehr praktisch. Zum Strand ist es wirklich nur ein Katzensprung. Gartentür auf und man steht schon halb auf dem Strand. Super! Ich werde aber vermutlich dieses Strand nur noch in der Nebensaison mit Hund besuchen. Obwohl aufgrund des schlechten Wetters niemand am Strand war, wurden wir auf den Hundestrand verwiesen, der aber relativ klein ist.

Summary: Die Ferienwohnung ist völlig ausreichend und alles war wie erwartet. Hervorzuheben ist die sehr schöne Lage direkt in Strandnähe. Der einzig negative Punkt sind die viel zu dunklen Lampen. Der Raum wird nur sehr schwach beleuchtet. Es ist auch nicht wirklich angenehm, wenn man den Wunsch hat, im Bett noch etwas zu lesen. Mit den sehr niedrigen schwachen Nachttischlampen geht das nur sehr schlecht.

Summary: Ich bin mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Bedingungen sind für meine Zwecke optimal. Es ist aber eben eine Keller-Wohnung. Wer den Luxus von "Aussicht" oder gar den "Seeblick" aus der Wohnung heraus sucht, ist hier verkehrt - zumindest sollte er sich hinterher nicht beschweren. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung 09 durch den Betreiber ist korrekt.
