Positive: We enjoyed very much. Maria and her parents was very helpful and nice. The food was perfect and the portions were large. Perfect location for our family holiday (quiet area). We travelled by car from there to all highlights of Rhodos (its around 30 min.). Great view from villa to the valley. Near a village with a good restaurant (nice and helpfully people too). We definitely recommend it.

Negative: The beds it should by higher and one of them is little bit noisy (the one in the room with the largest balcony). Food (breakfast and dinner) was perfect but it will be great more varied offer (breakfast it should be more variety - add pancakes and so on) but everything else was amazing and thanks for very nice holiday.

Positive: Everything in villa was clean and in perfect working order. Maria and her family were wonderful hosts who went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The food was excellent and prepared according to our requests and dietary restrictions. We really appreciate the flexibility regarding breakfast and dinner times, which were adjusted to suit our needs, even when our plans changed at the last minute due to the weather. We also appreciated the privacy away from the main tourist areas. It only takes 5 minutes by car to get to the nearest store, and we were at the beach in 20 minutes.

Negative: Everything was fine - we didn't notice any issues during our 5-day stay at the villa. Some people might find the firmer mattresses uncomfortable, but that wasn't the case for us.

Positive: Excellent location, great facility, friendly staff, clean rooms, and nice breakfasts. All issues were solves very quickly, and the host even helped us with a lost luggage at the airport.

Negative: Would have preferred to have blankets, as it was a bit cold in late-October. Also, the expectation was that the pool is heated, but is not, so in July-August it might be ok, but in October it did not serve its purpose.

Positive: The Villa was in a really peaceful location, short drive to a lovely village with delicious restaurants. And the drive to the beach / old town wasn’t too far either. Positive: The villa was immaculate and so beautiful presented. The owners were on top of keeping the pool clean every day and even helped blow up some floats for us! We went with the chef dinner one of the evenings after a busy day out exploring and it was delicious, sitting out on the patio for evening drinks was so relaxing due to the remote location of the villa with beautiful views. The family really couldn’t have done more for us. I highly recommend.

Positive: Villa was amazing in itself but what made it even better was the hosts they were very friendly and accommodating and couldn't have asked for any better would definitely come again! If you're looking for a quiet relaxing place to stay away from the rustle and bustle then this is a perfect place to stay especially for a quiet family escape.

Positive: Manolis and the whole family were incredible. Nothing was too much trouble including getting a coffee machine for us. The breakfast was beautiful and varied each day. And they even bought Coco Pops for our kids as that what was they're favourite. The Villa was stunning, bathrooms were amazing and the pool table was appreciated by the kids. The pool was perfect for our young children and we loved watching the wildlife from our balconies. Psinthos is the perfect location to explore all the best bits of the island as its only 20/30mins from most places. We explored the whole island and it was great to return back too a beautiful Villa as our 2nd home each day.
