Positive: Property is in a great location, surrounded by Olive Trees and not many other properties. Check-in process was easy and well communicated, with it being a short 5-10 minute drive to the town of Ulcinj. Plenty of cooking equipment so we could stay around the Villa, plus there are a couple of restaurants within a 2 minute walk.

Positive: Floor-to-ceiling windows on both the first and second floors provide stunning views of the mountains and the sea in the distance. The house is located away from others, offering a sense of privacy, perfect for couples or small families. The house is surrounded by olive trees, which are beautifully illuminated in the evening, that looks especially cool from the jacuzzi. We think that we will come back here again and again!

Positive: Everything was perfect. Villa looks even better than it looks in fotos. The surrounding was stunning, villa is surrounded by olive trees, which provides perfect peace, view and privacy. It is clean and cozy. In villa you can find everything one could need, Adnan thought about everything. We felt like we were home. It is perfect couple nest 😊 And nearby you can find a real jam, restaurant masthra, classy place with delicious food. You don't even need to leave the hill. My bro Adnan is a good guy and perfect host, we felt instantly welcome. He was there for everything we needed, he always asked if we need something and at the end we even got self made olive oil as a present. Adnan is the best host one can wish. We wish him a lot of success and all the best. We will definitely come again, inshalah.

Our host Adnan made everything a breeze, from grabbing the keys to offering local tips. He’s a gem! The view from the cottage is a stunner—you get to feast your eyes on Valdanos Cove. And the beach? Just a quick 15-minute stroll downhill. If you're all about chilling in a peaceful spot, this the place. Oh, and some friendly horses might drop by to say hi!

Positive: The property was very pleasant. 500 square meters of pure nature with an ocean view. The villa is surrounded by 1000+ olive trees . Mashtra restaurant is 200m away. Valdanos beach is ca 1 km from the property. Definitely we will visit it again
