Summary: Location was fabulous! Beautiful property. We rented the hotel bikes and ate their fabulous breakfasts in a beautiful breakfast room. Most of all, the staff were so helpful and so nice! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Summary: Absolutely loved everything about this Hotel. Found out last minute our hotel in Florence cancelled and decided to pick a random location to visit. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot, owners are the loveliest people, staff are amazing, and the views/location are perfect. Will stay here anytime we are in Viareggio which has captured our hearts.

Summary: Beautiful,period hotel,friendly,helpful staff,good breakfast,comfortable room, great location and view,however,booked a room with sea view and private balcony,only to find the balcony was actually shared with the room next door with only a row of plant pots separating both rooms access!As non smokers we were disappointed to find smokers in the adjoining room on our first night!Did complain to reception after check in but could not be relocated as hotel fully booked.Would certainly stay at Villa Tina again as long as balcony was private!
