Villa Thimari is a two-story private villa been built on the outskirts of the famous village of Fiscardo, at a village called Vigli.
Villa Thimari has magnificent views to Ionian Sea, balancing perfectly the traditional and contemporary but also modern design. This is a high quality 3-bedroom villa with a private pool with pool-side facilities, having a beautiful stone exterior with a stylish and spacious interior.
Villa Thimari stands out due to its authentic Kefalonian stone and wood architecture. The spacious outside area provide endless moments of relaxation by the private pool admiring the breathtaking view over the sea and enjoying a glass of wine over the most amazing sunset!
Through the patio doors guests will go straight to the exterior shaded dinning terrace with a complete dinning set to enjoy your lunch protected from the sun. A walking path is leading to the pool terrace with pool-side facilities such as sun-loungers, parasols and side tables.
At the side of the house a brick BBQ is built tempting you for BBQ family/friends sessions!
Arriving at the villa, double sliding gates separating the villa from the street and there is an ample off-road parking for your hire car(s).
Getting into the villa through the main door you reach the open plan living area with plenty of seating around the flat screen Smart LED TV, an ornamental fireplace, a dining table and chairs and the fully equipped kitchen with all necessary electrical appliances and kitchenware. Large patio doors at one end of the living area allow plenty of natural light and open onto the exterior dining terrace.
Villa Thimari has 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor.
On the ground floor is the twin bedroom which has patio doors opening on to the pool terrace, with stunning hillside and sea views. There is a shower room on the opposite side of the hall.
On the first floor are 2 double bedrooms. The bedroom at the front of the villa has a small private balcony with views of the surrounding village and uses the facilities of the adjacent bathroom. The double bedroom at the rear of the villa has an en suite bathroom and a large balcony overlooking the pool to the hillside and sea beyond.
A complementary welcome pack will be offered to get you started in order to cover your immediate needs after your arrival and before make your own shopping.
Split type air-condition units are installed throughout the villa and it is free to use. Free unlimited WiFi broadband internet access also available and provided at no extra cost. Satellite TV service with several English speaking channels also available.
Linens and towels are provided and will be changed twice per week. Pool towels are also provided. House keeping and cleaning service is also twice per week.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at Villa Thimari. The setting is incredible and the villa itself far exceeded our expectations and the photos we had seen. The villa is stylish and modern yet has an authentic Greek feel. The bedrooms all gorgeous and the living and outdoor spaces were perfect for a stay with my husband, 8 month old and parents. The location is fantastic too; close to five or six perfect and quiet beaches, and a few villages nearby too for eating, and of course close to Fiskardo too. Check-in process was great and communication very quick and polite. The hosts really went above and beyond to help us. The provisions for our infant was much beyond what we expected, a great, very well built cot and immaculate, modern high chair. A true 10/10 stay and great value for money.

Summary: Villa Thimari is quite simply incredible. The house is perfect and has absolutely everything you need and more. Even the towels and sheets were embossed with “Vigli Villas”! The outside area is beautiful with shaded eating area and area for sitting/relaxing, as well as lovely area by the pool. The views over the countryside and sea are stunning - particularly in the evenings. Good supermarkets, tavernas, beaches and snorkelling close by (10 minutes drive). But the villa itself is in a lovely quiet, peaceful spot. Communication from Georgia was excellent and the maid service half way through the week was a lovely touch. We had a perfect holiday here and hope to return

Summary: we loved everything about Villa Thimari. From views, to gardens, to accomodations, to furnishings. all was beautiful, thoughtful, first rate. The area is lovely with excellent beaches and reataurants a short drive away (5-10 mins). Highly recommend!

Summary: We had the most wonderful stay, the views from the villa are breathtaking, the outside areas are well thought out with lots of seating to take in the views. The villa is well equipped with everything you need for your stay, the attention to detail is second to none with beautiful furnishings. We have visited Kefalonia many times and would say this is by far the best villa we have stayed in. You definitely need a car as shops and tavernas are a few kilometres away, but worth it for the seclusion and views you enjoy. We will be back!

Summary: We had the most wonderful 11 night stay at this beautiful villa in northern Kefalonia. The accommodation is clean, modern and stylish, with 3 very comfortable rooms, each with own air con, balcony or patio and bathroom, This was not a problem for us, but one thing to note is you do have to drive if you want to go anywhere as no shopping or restaurant facilities within walking distance. Fiskardo 15 min drive with everything you need, great beaches, walks, restaurants. We hired a boat for the day here and travelled over to Ithaca.
