5 Bedroom House in Sabadeco, Kralendijk

This contemporary and intimate villa is located directly at the beautiful shore line of Sabadeco Crown Keys with stairs giving access to the unspoiled reefs at Andrea I &II. The main features are the privacy focused lay out, covered pool side terrace, the lush green garden with multiple covered seats and a private sandy beach.
The villa consists of five bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a separate guest-toilet. Four bedrooms are very spacious, very cosy and have plenty of space for you’re luggage. Three bedrooms have double doors to go outside. You can have a delicious meal inside at the large table, go outside at the covered terrace at the pool or at the beach under the wooden palapa.
Lay out: entrance into living room with covered terrace and sun terrace at pool/garden/sea side, open kitchen with breakfast bar and spacious pantry with washmachine, dryer and wine fridge.
Hall leading to guest toilet, two bedrooms, both with walk-in closet, with in between a large bathroom with double sink to share.
On the right side a smaller bedroom with walk in closet and a large bedroom with access to sundeck and garden, this room could also be used as a TV-room, both share a bathroom in between with each own acces.
Stairs leading to upper floor level with large master suite, with private terrace, bathroom and walk-in closet.
Rinse facility for dive and snorkel gear is in front of the house and also at the seaside
Parking for two cars behind the gates on property

Summary: We have been traveling to Bonaire every year for our anniversary and this year some of our family finally convinced us that they should be allowed to tag along. Because we were now a party of 5 instead of 2, we had to search for a different place to stay and hopefully this will now be our home every year in the future. For us everything was perfect - the location right on Andrea II, super quiet neighborhood, beautiful home and great hosts. The photos don't really do it justice.

Summary: This is a large and airy house with gorgeous grounds. There were only 2 couples at any time during our 1 month stay and the house was great. 3 couples would also work well here. Over that would be great for kids as there is a "jack and Jill" arrangement for each of the 2 additional rooms. The water here is stunning and the snorkeling and diving are excellent - we knew this area and rented it intentionally for this location. The water access is a bit tricky over the old coral but we did manage to do it regularly without tanks and a few times with tanks. I should mention that I am "of a certain age" and have 1 very bad knee that is about to be replaced. So younger more agile folks would fare better, perhaps. Overall, this was an excellent stay in a lovely house.

Summary: The house was in pristine condition, a wonderfully cool swimming pool after hot days. Sunset view at the beachfront amazing, and diving/ snorkeling possible just off the beach. We had a great time staying 2 weeks as a family.

Summary: What a beautiful home! It was a perfect fit for our family of 5, and we loved the design, spaciousness and amenities. Outdoor living spaces are stunning and offer room to entertain, play, swim, lounge in the shade, do yoga in between excursions. The pool was just updated to a salt-water pool and has a lounge-type ledge along one side. Snorkeling off of the backyard is incredible and we loved the variety of fish and turtle spottings. It was ideal for our older kids who don't need a very sandy beach access. The property manager, Dick, was super helpful on our arrival and departure-- met us there to show us the home, and was available to answer any questions in between times. The owners graciously supplied our fridge with a lovely variety of food and drinks so we didn't have to rush out to the store when we arrived. We loved the location-- close enough to town, restaurants and grocery, but tucked away in a lush part of the island. We will be back!

Summary: This property exceeded our expectations and the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s gorgeous and literally has everything and is located in a safe and central location. Our vacation purpose was to dive and this property is set up perfectly for shore diving right off the beach. There are two outdoor sinks at both ends of the property so when we came up from the beach or home from driving to another location there was a sink ready for our equipment. It’s crazy spacious, light, airy and has a ton of outdoor living space. We ate outside at both tables every night…one located close to ocean and one by pool. So many outdoor lounge spaces both in the sun and shade. We utilized the kitchen daily (as we weren’t that impressed with the restaurants on the island) and it had everything we needed. The property felt like our own private resort…we didn’t want to leave! Niels was super fast with responding and was extremely helpful with island recommendations…we appreciated his quick response as some of our questions were time sensitive. The caretaker was wonderful…helpful and available! Can’t say enough positive things about this property…I could go on and on! Thank you Niels for allowing us to fall in love with your gorgeous property and Bonaire!

Summary: We had an absolutely fantastic week at Villa The Keys last week! It really could not have been better. Communication with Niels prior to our stay was excellent - he is extremely responsive to questions. When we arrived, Dick met us at the Villa and showed us around - he was also responsive to our very few needs during our visit. The property is beautiful and amazingly well maintained. Shore entry for snorkeling or diving very near to Andrea II is quite easy and the conditions there are great. We snorkeled on this part of the reef every morning and were not disappointed! We never felt the need to go anywhere else. We will absolutely return to Villa The Keys!

Summary: We had a terrific stay in this beautiful home. The property was exactly as advertised & very well stocked with everything we needed. The person who assisted us with the check in was extremely accommodating and responsive. They gave us a 'welcome gift' of snacks which was much appreciated so we didn't need to run out right away and get groceries. The house has a resort feel to it which is what we were looking for on Bonaire so we could enjoy our time at the house with our extended family. We had issues with a couple of AC units that needed to be replaced which was handled almost immediately. Bonaire doesn't have the best beaches so the private 'beach' area by the ocean side of the property was much enjoyed. There is also a bocce ball court on the side that was fun. The house is priced higher than some others on the island but considering the quality of the home and location we felt the price was fair.

Summary: My family spent two weeks at this property. We had a wonderful time there. It all started with an easy communication with property owner Niels before our trip who provided a lot of useful information. At the time of our arrival, we were met with the property manager Dick who was also extremely useful. The check in process took just a few minutes. The house itself is really great. All 4 bedrooms are large with good size beds. The bedroom AC was working as expected. The house is nicely decorated and well maintained. The living room and the outside seating area by the pool were great as well. The kitchen had everything we needed including a wine fridge (which was in a permanent use). The pool is nicely deep. The garden is lovely, very relaxing. The ocean access is very easy even though there is only a rocky water access. We were able to dive directly from the house with a nice reef right there. It is very close to Andrea I and II. I really appreciated an extra outside sink and a special area for our scuba gear. It was so easy to wash and dry everything. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much! Bonaire is a lovely island for somebody who loves diving, windsurfing or kitesurfing. The checkout process was extremy quick and simple as well. 100% satisfied.
