Positive: Nice house with great view, pool and sauna as well. The kitchen was well-equipped and host was very nice and helpful.

Negative: If you arrive with more than two cars, logistics can be a bit tricky, because of the parking space.

Positive: the pool was a lovely family size.

Negative: Outside , it was not maintained very well as it was very overgrown. Which didn’t help the fly situation when you are swimming in the pool you getting covered in flies, the trees will come back. And the property would definitely benefit from air-conditioning as when we went. The weather was very hot and it was uncomfortable in the evening.

Positive: We booked this villa for it's pool but unfortunately the weather was so bad we couldn't really use it. Nevertheless we still had an amazing time even in pouring rain. The view made up for everything. You can even see the Castle of Sümeg and it's beautiful at night when it's lit up! There is a BBQ where you can cook and beautiful patio where you can enjoy the meals with some amazing views. The house had everything that you need for a stay, the kitchen was well equipped too. The owner was very friendly, flexible and kind. Overall we had a great time and I would definitely recommend!

Negative: We personally had no problem with it but something to keep in mind that there is more than 40 stairs leading up to the villa.
