Positive: We highly recommend this place: the villa is spacious, the rooms are nice and clean, there are enough bathrooms for more than 5 people. The yard is big and the view from the big terrace is breathtaking. There are parking places on the spot (not on the street), and there's a shelter, so the cars are not under the hot, Greek sun. In the house there are all kind of appliances, so you can make your own coffee / tea or even cook or order food if you'd like. There are different beaches nearby (accessible by car) and the hosts will provide information about them (links, directions, recommendations). Don't hesitate to book your stay, you won't regret it!

Positive: Visit Villa sul Mare is like visit your family place, you feel like at home. Host Roula is super kind, frendly and very helpfull, the view and sunset from terrace is amazing. What you need to remember villa is out of the village so the car is rather necessary :)

Positive: I can recommend this Villa to everyone who is looking for a nice, clean and comfortable accommodation near Athens at a good price. Excellent location in a green, quiet area, very close to the sea with fabulous view. Roula is very nice and always helpful. I would highly recommend it.

Positive: We had a fantastic 4 night stay at Villa sul Mare in Drosia. This is a lovely and very well equipped home with the best view of the sea! Stavroula and her daughter were such very gracious and welcoming hostesses. We would definitely stay here again when we visit the Drosia/Chalkida area.

Negative: We had no complaints. It was perfect and comfortable in every way!
