Positive: We were very impressed with Villa Sueños, it is an attractive, spacious property and spotlessly clean. The villa is in a very quiet and secure residential area, you do need a hire car to get around but it's in a convenient location with easy access to the motorway for trips and excursions, the hosts have also put together a list of recommended hikes and walks which, although we didn't have a chance to do this time, we'd love to on a future visit. We loved the fact that the villa has an outdoor bbq and eating area by the pool. Definitely recommend.

Positive: Location was very good for us and for our visiting plans, aporox. 13-15 minutes driving to Palma. Nice times spent by the pool side and on the terrace outside. The villa had all utilities we needed (filter coffe machine, oven, dish washer, washing machine, grill, etc) One of the three fully equiped bathrooms had acces from the terrace, which was a bit confusing in the beginning, but turned out to work well for us. Quiet neighborhood Supermarket was close to the villa, at 5-7 minutes driving Very good communication with administrater and we take this oportumity to thank him for all his support. He was open and interested to our suggestions. For the next visitors to come, we hope you have great time like we had!

Positive: Outdoor area was great and pool was very clean. Inside also very clean with nice bathrooms and plenty of room. Gas bbq outside was a great addition and used plenty during our stay. Communication between owners was good. Overall we had a great stay at the villa!

Negative: Aircon didn’t work in one bedroom which we made the owners aware on our first day and it never got sorted even though we were told an expert was coming. 2/3 beds was uncomfortable and each bed had very flat pillows. The villa is in a very residential area and the neighbours and not welcoming and threatened to call the police even though we wasn’t playing music past 10pm like asked.

Summary: Overall great stay but few final touches to make it amazing!

Positive: The location is peaceful and quiet, with a nice pool. The house is big and can easily accommodate six people. There is also a great terrace for relaxing, and two parking spots with roof protection. The three bathrooms are also great for a larger group of people.

Negative: The house is a bit dirty, especially the pool stairs. The kitchen could be better equipped with more utensils and glasses, but that is not a big issue.
