Positive: Close to the place that I needed to be and close to CH Kowale.
Negative: Staircase with uneven last step. Yes: it was clearly marked but difficult to get use to. Shower was leaking all the time and droplets were quite noisy during the night.

Positive: Very friendly and helpful staff. Homey reception. Might be that Santa is the Boss there🤔🙂🧑‍🎄 Access to the kitchen and fridge. We had a parking place in the courtyard.
Negative: A bit pricey for us, but ages we hit the high season.

Positive: Nice building, lobby, kitchen with common fridge and dining room for guest use. Has private parking. Owner very nice and accomodating. Each room has a small closet and 2 chairs, small end table.
Negative: Rooms and bathrooms very small. Dim lighting in the room. Pillows thin and bunched up. Dust on blinds
