Positive: Villa Strati was very clean and well set-up. Stratos had left us with lovely welcome treats like fresh fruit, juice, coffee pods and homemade jam. We felt very comfortable and welcome. Quiet location.

Positive: It was more than excellent. The villa was surprisingly good. It had everything we wanted, more than I have at my home. Three bedrooms, and there was a TV in every bedroom and one in living room. The Wi-Fi was good. Very clean, and the decoration was beautiful. Very spacious, we didn’t need to use one of the bedrooms. I would definitely recommend it for anyone that wants a relaxing time. The property is not in the center of Nafplio but you can get there in 5 min driving. At this home you can enjoy a quiet time and also parking.

Positive: Great location - just outside the hustle and bustle but close enough to get where we needed to go. Safe, secure building, with gorgeous decoration. We even took pictures for our own inspiration!! Very quiet - and host and the neighbors were extremely nice! Great personalized welcome from the host.

Negative: Hard to come up with something that we didn't like - Google maps got us really close and it just took us a couple extra minutes to find our house because the units look a little alike. We must not have been the only ones because the really nice neighbors pointed us in the right direction. Only a tiny flaw in a perfect stay!

Positive: Very comfortable, clean, elegant, full of facilities, everything you need for a wonderful staying (microwave, Nespresso, breadtoaster, washdisher). Spacious (we were 7) and well designed. the host Is super nice. He welcomed us with any kind of welcome presents as home made jams (thanks to his kind mother) water. Nice space outside for relaxing. Roomy bedrooms with very big wardrobes and comfortable bathrooms. Not so far from Nauplio. Quite place. Thanks a lot

Positive: The property is absolutely clean and very modern/stylish with all essentials in order. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and location was fab, quiet but very close to the old city of Nafplio, just ideal for anyone looking for a central base for exploring also the nearby attractions like old Tiryns, the Palamidi castle, etc. or the beautiful little seaside villages. Big comfy beds and a lovely hot shower with all amenities needed. The kitchen is also equipped with all the items you’d need should you feel like cooking and all very clean and well presented. Added bonuses with the tea and Nespresso coffee and homemade jam! We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend, especially to families, as we feel so lucky to have found this little treasure in the beautiful town of Nafplio! The host was very helpful and quick to respond to our text messages. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The check-in process was excellent – you can access the home using a code, meaning you can check in whenever suits you. Overall, a great stay and we will definitely be recommending this place to friends/family!
