"Villa Stefania" is located in one of the most distinct areas on the island, with an unlimited view of the Aegean Sea and the Cycladic Islands of Delos, Paros and Naxos.

A private path leads to the beach, where drinks, beverages, sunbeds and water sports are available. The beach is shared with the famous jet setters "Santa Marina Resort", well known for its high-profile guests and high-standard concierge services. For those wishing to combine boating with their villa holiday, there is direct access to the sea with a small dock where yachts can approach. (Please note that: Access to the beach is free of charge; however, there is a daily fee for renting a sun bed and an umbrella, and it must be arranged upon request directly with the hotel's beach manager. The bar and restaurant are open to all. Entering the beach as a passageway to go to Ornos or other nearby areas is strictly forbidden)
Centrally located, only 2km from Mykonos town, the villa is close to Ornos, Platis Yialos and Psarou beaches. Restaurants, supermarkets and other supply stores are located 3min by car.
We follow all the latest cleaning instructions provided by the National Public Health Organization, and we have no responsibility in case the guest is infected with the virus during their vacation. We will provide you all possible assistance for the immediate access of the guest to the competent state health center. Guests must abide by all the rules of cleanliness and hygiene throughout their stay.
If a guest is infected with the virus, he/she is obliged to follow the instructions of the Hellenic Health Organization in a place that will be indicated specifically for this case.
The house is available for holiday use and is by no means available for quarantine or isolation.
By making a reservation, the guest unconditionally accepts the above special operating rules.
The house:
At the level of the terrace there are two living rooms and one dining room serving ten people.
At the same level there is a fully equipped kitchen and a guests bathroom.
The master bedroom (1st bedroom) is located on the upper level, featuring a private terrace and balcony with magnificent views and en-suite bathroom. Two more rooms (2nd and 3rd bedroom) that share one bathroom are at the same level.

Two Guest's houses (4th bedroom and 5th bedroom) with en-suite bathrooms are available on request. Accommodate four more guests.
The two extra Guests' Houses (accommodate four more guests) are on request with an additional charge of 150 euros per day each.
The outdoor area offers a variety of possibilities through its thoughtful design where one dining area and two distinct living areas are offering an idyllic setting for a sunset cocktail and a BBQ evening.
There are parking spaces for 2 cars.

The villa is fully independent.
Assistance for any kind of emergency is available 24/7.
The villa is at the end of a private road ensuring both privacy and calmness at the most beautiful area of the island. The neighborhood is residential and all the villas in the area have their own garden.
The access to the villa is by car, or motorbike and there are parking spaces for 2 cars.
A welcome mail with detailed directions from the port / airport, will be sent to you prior arrival.
Since the villa is centrally located in the island, you will enjoy easy access to all the beautiful beaches, bars, the Magic Mykonos town and the airport.
Taxis are available on call, but is not always easy to get one during high season.
Public transportation is weak.
To move around carefree, it is highly recommended to use car rental services. The island is big and with a variety of places to visit.
