Positive: Location suited us perfectly and great care and skill had been applied to make the best of a small plot. The outside area was welcoming and peaceful. The interior had been completed with style and care for the amenity of visitor.

Negative: Can't think of anything that owners have not already provided. Would recommend that they reduce the height of property line trees to encourage them to thicken and provide more screening.
