Positive: The villa was very clean and comfortable. It was well equipped with a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym. Also included bikes and SUP’s. The view was beautiful and a dip in the sea was perfect. The house manager, Billy was very kind and showed up with wine and chocolates when she found out we were celebrating a birthday. She brought fresh bread and croissants each morning to go with fruit and coffee.

Negative: It’s beautiful, but does require a car or taxi to get into town. While we saw a number of cyclists on the road, there was no shoulder for walking. The coffee pot needed an upgrade and the WiFi was spotty.

Summary: Beautiful well appointed property with a lovely house manager!

Positive: Modern, stylish villa spread over four levels with plenty of comfort and amenities. Ground floor with garage, gym, sauna, laundry room (washer & dryer), ping-pong table, bicycles, electric scooter, and two SUP boards. Bedroom level with three rooms, two bathrooms, and a terrace featuring a hydromassage jacuzzi. Bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace. Top level with private pool, large terrace, and barbecue area — perfect for evenings outdoors. Daily delivery of fresh bread by a very kind and helpful host. Clean, well-equipped, and tastefully designed interior.

Negative: Constant unpleasant smell from bathroom drains, forcing us to keep the doors closed. One bedroom had no access to the terrace due to a broken window, not repaired during the stay. Limited Wi-Fi signal, mostly available only in the living room. All three bedrooms were small, with the children’s room particularly compact (about 2.5m x 3m). Many stairs between levels, which may be tiring for some guests. Remote location — far from shops, good beaches, and main attractions.

Summary: Beautiful modern villa with great amenities, but unresolved maintenance issues and remote location

Negative: Wifi not functioning well. Kitchen would benefit from espresso machine and proper kettle Grill missing. bBQ place not easily usable Busy road Wasps preventing outside breakfast (not the owner’s fault)

Positive: Everything! The views from every part of the villa were incredible, and the thoughtfulness put into the design of the house meant there was always shade to relax in. The facilities were fantastic - we used them all! Bike rides every day (amazing cycling on Korcula), gym, paddle boards, hot tub - all of it was high quality - clearly no expense was spared when kitting out the house. We felt very well looked after - great tips from the owner, and the lovely host Bibi bought us breakfast everyday and checked in on us most days to check everything was ok. The stunning pool was a bit hit too!

Negative: Nothing!

Summary: Luxurious stay in an amazingly designed house - best stop on our tour of Croatia!

Positive: We spent a wonderful week at villa Luna. This is a special property in a great location, quiet and peaceful and close to the Korcula city. Spectacular view from the upper terrace, but also from the living room made us not want to leave the villa. The villa has many places to relax and enjoy like pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym. There was no time to be bored. The staff was welcoming, kind and helpful. We felt comfortable and got everything we needed. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back
