Summary: Staff are professional, friendly and make you feel comfortable; rooms are spacious and clean. Complimentary parking, pool and beach are available. Food is tasty and good; breakfast is served as well as dinner package is available. Andre the server is friendly and efficient. Great experience from start to finish, this exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this resort to anyone who is seeking to be in a safe and friendly environment.

Summary: Yes the Staff was courteous and the room clen , Pool was not kept in pristine condition. Food was cooked perfectly. Staff on an overall was accommodating- There was no Internet Service before I got there and Service returned only on the night before I was leaving. I had to cut my Vacation short due to this inconvenience, and there was no monetary Compensation for my inconvenience due to no fault of mine. I am very disappointed as I have made several Trips to this here before.

Summary: I only spend 7 nights. I checked out on January 8TH please refund my credit card back. The staff were courtesy,I was sick during my stay experience severe diarrhea, had seek medical care. The staff went above and beyond caring for me with tea, medicine etc.

Summary: Staff was fantastic; truly a joy to have them around. Property was good for the price, although slightly damaged due to a recent hurricane. (Hot water didn't work until the last day I was there, but it's fixed now.) Area around the villa is pretty much "other villas" - you'll need either to rent a car, take a taxi, or walk down to the gas station to catch the bus if you want to get so the local tourist attractions. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent - traditional Jamaican cuisine (boiled plantains, potatoes, saltfish, sausage, dumplings, etc.) cooked really well. Dinner was extra ($10/person), but also consistently good. While I ate as much jerk chicken as I could throughout the day, I didn't feel any real need to try OTHER places, as the villa food was more than sufficient. This is very much a villa to stay at if you want go get away from crowds and stereotypical touristy locations.

Summary: The room was spotless and so spacious. The grounds were beautiful, especially considering the establishment was recovering from Hurricane Melissa. Breakfasts were amazing. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
