Positive: Very big and spacious. Able to choose twin or double bed. Easily fits 10 pax. Or more if you choose to sleep on the sofa. Pool is themed very cool. Booked both beach and slide. It has a connecting door very convenient. Staff there is also very nice and friendly. Also the water slide is SUPER FUN… and the gym is pretty decent too!

Negative: Very secluded, no mart nearby, and no way to grab car inside. To grab car, theres a very long walk (about 10 mins) out to the entrance of the “gated” area. There’s also a lot of bugs because it next to the wild, and that’s understandable. Just tell the staff to ensure that when cleaning happens, the door is closed.

Positive: The place was beautiful and clean. Great communication from staff and endless help. We had quite a few issues while there but the staff were onto fixing them immediately and were so kind about it and apologetic. They actioned initiated to rectify anything wrong. They organised car services and everything we needed. Love

Positive: What not to like . Beautifully laid out , exactly as pictures . Pool is stunning and open layout of the kitchen and living space is great for a big group . Rooms are well sized and the AC is an amazing to come into a cool room in the Bali heat. Had an issue with power one night due to city power and heavy rains and the team promptly assisted - even though no fault of their own. Staff were great and very friendly .

Negative: Nothing major , few small things which could improve practicality and ease of functioning. Examples bring a few more hooks and places for hanging wet towels and pool wear would be useful. Considering we had extremely heavy rains for 2 days and no sun to dry , we felt this a bit more . And seeing as self catering more dish clothes as well as leaving behind a mop and brooms to neaten up between daily cleans - especially if it’s been rainy . Also possibly bigger bins . And door/floor mats for each room - we asked for additional bath mats which worked a charm . Ice trays would also be very helpful .

Summary: Phenomenal stay. Staff all super helpful and polite . Host Balik was a star in helping organise and co ordinate . Great

Positive: This place was amazing! Beautiful villa. Nice and remote but still close enough to the main areas. Size was perfect for a group of 10 adult people. Slide was the feature; both kids and adults loved this.

Negative: Access to property was difficult. Bus couldn’t get through the road, scooters only unless cars with passengers or airport transfer. That was hard with kids and elderly. Slippers for each guest would be useful.

Positive: Villa Pool and Slide were absolutely fantastic, the lawn space was also really appreciated by the kids to run and play. Out Villa Host was very helpful and easy to contact for any problems. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious and of a high standard.

Negative: The requirement for Villa services to be paid for in cash was a surprise and not clearly stated, involved a very stressful run to local ATMs to withdrawal significant amounts of money which turned out to be a challenge. One of the bedrooms smelt like sewerage, it was addressed when raised but chemicals used then smelt quite bad. Decking around pool needs repair.

Summary: Great family friendly location in a beautiful part of the world.

Negative: The beds were not very comfortable it was two bed joined together to make a queen/king!!

Positive: Everything exceeded our expectations. We were greeted warmly by the Villa staff and given the Villa tour. The Villa was absolutely beautiful and clean. The pool and slide were so much fun and having a gym was a nice touch. The Villa staff went above and beyond, they decorated the room for my husband’s birthday and even bought him a cake. It was a wonderful surprise, and we truly felt like royalty. The chef cooked delicious food and breakfast, it was the perfect treat. We will definitely be back, absolutely highly recommend.

Negative: The access driveway from the main road needs work, drivers struggled to come down to the Villa.

Summary: Phenomenal stay, incredible staff, so much fun!
