Positive: We had a fantastic stay at this property. The host and the employees at the villa were great and in constant communication if we needed anything during our stay - all the staff were outstanding and we were very well looked after. The facilities were great, outstanding sound system (which came in extra handy for our pool party!), however unfortunately the pool was not heated despite requesting this ahead of our stay (pool takes two days to heat) and the weather was a bit chilly so I suggest if you prefer a warm pool make sure you ask for this before you stay. Breakfast and dinner were delicious!

Negative: For the villa - I think upfront payment option for breakfast along with the room booking would be good, it was a bit of a pain having to go to an ATM regularly to get cash out, and the ATM's we were coming across only let you take out small amounts of cash at a time). WATCH OUT for atm's, I tried to cancel a transaction and have still been charged £100 without receiving any cash. Pool not heated

Positive: The cook the cleaning lady the security person all were content to our needs the whole week. They were very knowledgeable very helpful nice professional. I wish I could bring them back home with me. Very nice crew work well together I would consider staying at the same villa with the same crew Every time I came to Morocco.

Negative: The pool for that time of the year, it should come heated.

Negative: The front door exhibited difficulty in opening and closing. The bathroom adjacent to the front door was inoperable. I recommend replacing the pillows. There are an excessive number of ants in the living room and the kitchen.

Positive: I recently stayed at this amazing villa, and I have to say it was the best experience I’ve ever had. The villa is huge, with spacious rooms that made us feel right at home. The outdoor area is absolutely breathtaking, providing a perfect spot to relax and take in the surroundings. One of the highlights of the stay was the incredible staff. Camelia and Ousasama were incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The cleaners were also lovely and kept everything spotless throughout our stay, making us feel so comfortable. The villa is ideally located, very close to all the amenities you might need, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the area. The only downside, if you’re someone who enjoys a hot bath, is that the water wasn’t hot enough for a very hot soak. However, it was still warm enough to be comfortable, so it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, this villa is truly the best I’ve ever stayed in. I will absolutely book again in the future. One piece of advice for anyone planning to stay: Make sure to ask for the pool to be heated prior to your arrival to make the most of it. Highly recommend!

Positive: Great service by the best staff. Camelia was very helpful and kind. In the morning, we were welcomed with a nice breakfast. If we needed anything, Camelia, Anas, and Oussama were always there to assist us promptly. The villa was beautifully maintained, and the team ensured our stay was as comfortable as possible. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!
