Positive: We absolutely loved our stay at the villa! The swimming pool and jacuzzi were the highlights – clean, relaxing, and just what we needed. The villa itself was even more beautiful than the pictures, which truly impressed us. It was spacious, well-decorated, and had a peaceful vibe throughout. A big shoutout to Don, he was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. He answered all our questions and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a fantastic experience. We would definitely love to come back!

Positive: We loved our stay at Villa Silana...truly a slice of paradise. Don't be fooled by the surroundings, the pictures don't really do three place justice. Modern, spacious and well designed, it was the perfect respite after a day of adventuring or from the crowds in Moalboal. Don, our host, was super helpful, friendly, and gracious. Very responsive to our needs and even coordinated laundry service for us. We wish we had stayed longer to fully enjoy the property.

Negative: Location is super convenient, but not walkable from town. You will need either a driver or rent scooters. The living space itself is huge, but there are only 2 BR's. Good for extended families that are ok with sharing, but not so much for multiple couples.

Positive: The villa is truly amazing! Really made the long drive from Cebu airport worth it when we arrived! We were a party of four & there was so much space! Everything was so clean & modern. There were loads of hang out areas around the villa & in the garden. The host was really helpful & arranged our transport for us from the airport & the cost was cheaper than most online vendors. Also helped us organise trikes when we needed them & with booking our Canyoneering trip (which is a must) thank you! The villa comes equipped with everything you need & has loads of nice touches, games, coffee maker, menus for local restaurants, water cooler, electric toilet (felt like I was in Japan!). I would advise to stop off at a local supermarket just to stock up on any essentials, but we mainly ate out everyday, so just stocked the fridge up with drinks & snacks. The villa is a trike ride away from the main tourist area, but it’s so so cheap to get there & back. We swapped numbers with one of guys who operated the trikes & he was always on hand when we needed to get around & just let us pay at the end of the day.

Positive: Property is gorgeous, luxurious and a well-thought out functional oasis. The host was present upon arrival and toured the property and pointed out the many amenities- including pick-up and delivery of food! Perfect for entertaining with or without kids. Will try to stay only here anytime we’re back in the area.

Negative: Only thing that could make this place better is a water view or closer proximity to town, but it’s definitely close enough to be convenient
