Positive: The villa was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, spacious, and spotless. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring Budva. I especially loved the outdoor area; having breakfast with that stunning view of the mountains and coast was a highlight. The location was great, close enough to the old town and beaches but still quiet and private. The host was also incredibly kind and helpful, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I would definitely stay again!

Positive: The villa was immaculate. It has everything you need. Alex the host was very helpful and living next door meant he could keep checking we were ok. Even being on a hill wasn't a problem as the taxi's come quickly and are very cheap to get into town

Positive: The house is clean and modern just like what the pictures shown. It is also spacious so it is perfect for a group of friends or a family. The hot water and AC works really well comparing to the average accomodatiion. Overall it totally exceeds our expectation. The best part is that the host was really friendly and helpful. He lives right next to the bulding and can provide flexible check in/out times and any help upon request. He made us felt like we were home and we even had beer together! He is definetly the best host I have encountered in many years of traveling. This house will for sure be the first choice if I ever come back to Budva.

The Villa was spotless and all amenities available in the villa and out, the shops and city centre not too far, taxies are available within minutes. I can't fault anything, my family would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone 😊
