Positive: This is the third time we are coming to Villa Sarai. The location is awesome, its very quiet and the pool is great aswell. It really allows you to enjoy and relax. Its also only 15 minutes away from Lichnos and Valtos.

Negative: This time unfortunately the room had a lot of malfunctions. The toilet didn't flush properly, there were utilities missing, the shower has seen some better days and it felt like it was 30 years old. The TV, was also ancient and last but not least....the Air conditioning. The air conditioning was not 100% functionable and it was jumping through temperatures, the fan got stuck and it was turning itself on during the night without a chance to change the level of the fan. My wife didn't sleep at all the second night. What hurts the most is that these are all cheap fixes and if we are paying arguably large portions of money to stay at these resorts, the hosts should do a better job of maintaining them !!!
