Positive: The hosts are nice people: allowed me to check-in past allowed time and even lended me a teakettle from a storeroom when I asked. The room looked and felt very luxurious. There was a microwave available in the shared kitchen, whlch was very useful.

Negative: There are many dogs in the neighborhood that bark a lot when somebody is passing by. I could not rotate the window handle till the end when I was closing it, that may be the reason why street noises were so loud that they were disturbing.

Summary: Awesome price, awesome people, awesome room.
